Using a jig on the multifunction machine, take several round bars up to the hardening and polishing stage! The material is SCM415.

We would like to introduce a case of prototype coupling parts produced by our company. The dimensions are an outer diameter of φ193mm and a total length of 38.5mm. The key point is that several pieces were taken from a round bar and processed up to the hardening and polishing stage using a jig on a multi-tasking machine. The material used is SCM415 (fully machined from round stock).
